I am a fully qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I draw from a range of humanistic therapies including Person-Centred, Gestalt Therapy and Transactional Analysis to find the best way of working with you and for you, as an individual.

As a counsellor I believe that we all have the answers to our own problems but that sometimes, for whatever reason, we are unable to find them.

I work from private and comfortable consulting rooms in Hurstpierpoint (Hassocks) and Haywards Heath.

About Counselling

Counselling is about enabling you to regain your own resources, in order to face life's problems and find your own solutions once more. My role as your counsellor is to provide you with a confidential opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in safety and to support you through this process without judgement or imposing my own opinions.

There is no set formula for counselling and it is important to know that it is always up to you what you choose to bring to each session. You will not be asked to do or talk about anything you may feel uncomfortable with. The focus of your therapy is for you to choose.

I Can Help

The first session is free of charge and lasts for half an hour. This gives you the opportunity to meet me and ask any questions you may have before deciding if you want to continue with me as your counsellor.

I offer both short term and long term counselling to adults and young people (13+) at comfortable and confidential consulting rooms in Hurstpierpoint (Hassocks), close to Burgess Hill and in Haywards Heath town centre.

People seek counselling for all kinds of reasons and at all stages of life. They don't always know why they want counselling now, they just know they feel stuck and would like some support. Having some time to explore how you feel and 'say things out loud' can often be enough.

My practice is based in West Sussex at Hurstpierpoint (Hassocks) and is within easy travelling distance of Burgess Hill, Hassocks, Ditchling, Haywards Heath, Brighton, Hove, Lancing, Worthing and surrounding areas. I also work from private consulting rooms in Haywards Heath town centre which is easily accessible by road or public transport.
